Profile
Graphic and UX/UI designer focused on visual hierarchy: making sure people find what they need without having to think about it. I design in Figma and Adobe, build in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and have spent the last few years turning a support team's internal tools, training and videos into things people actually want to use.
Experience
BisectHosting 2022 – Present
Support Agent · design, training & internal web work
- Created the company's training system (briefing → knowledge check → support roleplay, with XP and a 70% pass mark), adopted company-wide with a 90% completion rate.
- Write every game launch briefing, a format now adopted company-wide. The six-chapter Hytale briefing hit 100% completion and cut customer back-and-forth by 60% (from ~6 replies to 2–3).
- Redesigned the internal wiki into a unified Staff Portal (six areas, global search, bookmarks) with a knowledge base I built for 100+ games, used by 100% of support staff.
- Edited the company holiday videos four years running (2022–2025) in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects, plus the animated logo opens.
- Made graphics for internal departments and built release-readiness training for three game launches in one October 2026 window.
- Now designing and building Staff Hub, a private platform combining training, the knowledge base and content drafting (Nuxt, Laravel, MySQL, Docker).
